CORPORATE DIPLOMACY AND STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP IN FINANCE MANAGEMENT (15 -19 MAY, 2023)
The Five Days training program will give participants the opportunity to understand the dynamics of Corporate financing using the tools of corporate diplomacy and strategic leadership. The pro-gram is in line with three domains of leadership, Leading self, Leading others and Leading the en-terprise in the context of various job functions and applications of developing strategies and plans and making decisions that positively affect the operations of corporate financial management.

- Understand diplomatic techniques and the Influential roles of stakeholders going beyond financial performance and developing strategies that will increase treasury functions and lean management procedures.
